A Changing Workforce: How to Retain and Grow the Best Talent for Your Business

Please join Stefanie Fox Jackson, president of Stefanie Jackson Consulting and Canvas Salon as she breaks down barriers and teaches business owners how to develop, and more importantly, maintain, high performing teams.

In this workshop, Stefanie will explore the barriers leaders face today that arise from leading multi-generational teams. Smart businesses of today know that understanding the workforce is essential to driving employee retention and performance. Join her to understand what businesses who thrive are doing differently and to understand the gaps in your own business. You'll leave with ideas on how to make an immediate impact on your team and their performance.

Attendees will learn:

  • Understand the why behind millennial job hopping and underperformance
  • Learn what is driving millennial behaviors in the workplace
  • Determine how you could better retain the top millennial talent
  • Identify the possibilities in your business that would make an immediate impact

Coffee and light breakfast will be provided
