Let our experts share their advice to make the pathway to health, wellness and fitness not only easy, but achievable. And, learn how a healthy mind, body and soul can help your business grow and succeed!

In addition to our panel of leading experts, local businesses, members and Corporate Partners will feature their products and services, all designed to help you become your very best self.

She has since retired from competing, but now owns and operates her own private fitness studio in Columbus. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2004. Dr. Winchester founded The Winchester Institute of Chiropractic Health and Wellness in 2005.

Dr. Melissa McRae, Vitality Natural Wellness and Med Spa

Vitality Natural Wellness and Med Spa founder, Dr. Melissa McRae is a Board Certified Family Physician specializing in Integrative Medicine and Non-Surgical Aesthetic Medicine. She graduated from both Ohio University and Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine summa cum laude.

Upon graduation from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. McRae was presented with the highest all-around award: the Dean’s Award.

During her final year of residency, she served as Chief Resident at Doctors Hospital in Stark County, Ohio. She received numerous post graduate awards both locally and state-wide thru her training and upon completion of her residency.

She continues to serve her profession by training family medicine students and residents in her office. Since beginning her private practice, Dr. McRae has had a strong focus on patient preventative care. She has spoken nationally on topics of lifestyle medicine and wellness. Dr. McRae had a traditional-insurance based medical practice including non-surgical cosmetic procedures for 12 years before transitioning to a more pro-active, non-insurance based care model.  She values the relationships she is able to establish with patients and allows the time spent to further support patient's needs.  She has two office locations including Powell and Mansfield, Ohio.

Lindsey Mathes, Lindsey Mathes Nutrition

Lindsey Mathes is Registered Dietitian and Certified Personal Trainer on a mission to  help women heal their relationship with food through an non-diet, compassionate approach that attunes mind, body, and food.  Conflicting messages have created unrealistic and unattainable standards that often leave us feeling confused, stressed, and guilty, while disconnecting us from the needs of our own bodies.  It's not until we begin to challenge our food rules, learn to listen to our bodies, and explore the habits that are driving our food choices that we'll be able to make peace with food.

Lindsey struggled with severe disordered eating for a large part of her life and came to realize that it was was her habits, beliefs about food, and unmet emotional needs that were keeping her stuck.  Having finally healed her own relationship with food, she now wants to help free others from their own struggles, learn to eat in a way that's satisfies, nourishes, and energizes, while restoring a sense of pleasure to eating.

Deja Redman, Replenish Spa

A Columbus native, graduate of Ohio State School of cosmetology and integrative health, a mother of 4 children, Deja and her 'tribe' at replenish believe that all individuals can lead beautiful, everyday lives through practicing healthy self-care rituals and deepening self-awareness. Deja has built her business on five core values: self-awareness, cooperation, education, empowerment and beauty. Deja has cultivated an intuitive based system to speak to the greatness of how women move through the world. In six years Deja has grown from 2 employees to a tribe of 28 who together offer the latest in traditional and alternative therapies, aligned products, and affordable and accessible yoga for all people.

An alchemist of life, Deja believes wholeheartedly that beauty is our birthright. Deja has worked with incarcerated women, women overcoming drug addiction, new business entrepreneurs and children. As a teacher of yoga, meditation, self-care and conscious programming, Deja believes in order to impact the world around us we must first know thyself and uncover our unique strengths before we can access transformation. Deja Stands for the vital need of self-love, for it is a pebble that creates the ripple of transformation for ourselves, our family and ultimately our community. Whether balancing home, work or internal challenges, it is possible to feel whole and complete. Deja owns her success by continuing to spread her message of self-love, not only to those who visit replenish, but to those in the community. It's no surprise she was voted the best Ohio yoga-spa by Redbook Magazine. She inspires women as a mother, a business owner, and a human being through a mission to "awaken the community to live a more connected and beautiful everyday life".
