Pat Carpenter has more than thirty-five years’ experience working for and with emerging businesses. A veteran of three start-ups, she has spent more than thirty years of her career working in the life and health insurance industries as a field underwriter, group representative, broker and consultant. Pat has worked closely with business owners to create custom-tailored succession plans and wealth accumulation programs. She has analyzed financial strategies, plan designs, and employee incentives. In addition, she has educated people from line workers to Board members about how to optimize their employee benefits.

Sharon combines career coaching and HR experience with social media marketing experience to help individuals and companies thrive and connect. Her presentations are based on research, hands-on experience, grassroots growth and development in the area of social media, and good, old-fashioned business application and tested returns.  In addition to proven returns for her business through using social media as her primary marketing tool, Sharon has also helped career seekers build online visibility and credibility and small business build recruiting strategies using tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, blogs and other social mediums.

Lynn M. Elliott
Ms. Elliott is the President and owner of E-Wynn, Inc. dba Columbus Window Cleaning Company, the oldest window cleaning company in Ohio. She has developed an ongoing Safety Training Program for Columbus Window Cleaning employees featuring monthly meetings to address general safety practices and seasonal job-specific concerns, and since taking charge of the company, Elliott’s marketing and sales efforts have resulted in a 25% increase in her client base. In 2008 Elliott was awarded the National Association of Women Entrepreneurs Visionary Award.

Gail is an experienced executive with a proven and consistent record of success in emerging technology businesses. Throughout her 25 year career she has been successful in key leadership positions by motivating and developing teams that stress quality, integrity and respect for associates and business partners.  Gail is currently Managing Partner and Owner of Kinetic Insights, LLC an Executive Coaching Practice which focuses on individual development through one-on-one curriculum and group workshops; and strategic development of publicly and privately owned businesses. Gail is also on the board and holds the President position for NAWBO Columbus and she serves on the Advisory Board for Make-A-Wish Central Ohio.

 Shelley Menduni Shelley Menduni
Shelley Menduni has a passion for helping people look their best, feel confident, and succeed! Shelley is a Central Ohio-based professional make-up artist, practicing for over 25 years. She has trained under some of the industry’s most recognizable names including Reggie Wells.

Shelley has been a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners since 1998 and was the Columbus chapter’s 2006 Member of the Year. Shelley has  worked with Habitat for Humanity and the Make-A-Wish foundation. She is an active member of St. Michael’s Church and the Worthington Chamber of Commerce.

Professional Imagery works with companies and individuals to teach business etiquette, wardrobe, color coordination, and overall image. We host workshops for corporations, small businesses, and organizations who want to give their employees the competitive edge by helping them put their best image forward.

For over 20 years, Debra has contributed to the Charles Penzone Family of Salons organization as an artistic director, training director and senior vice president. She created the Career Advancement Program (CAP), which provides professionals with the tools and knowledge for professional and personal success. As President, Debra oversees daily operations for the six salons and the Brittany Group Ltd. Debra speaks to and consults with local and national businesses on engaging topics such as “Creating a Purposeful Work Environment,” “Leading into Tomorrow,” “Re-energize Your Career, Renew Your Spirit, and Re-invent Your Image,” “Going the Distance-Delivering Guest Services like a Champion,” and “Beauty at Any Age.” She has delivered these motivational presentations to groups at Charles Penzone, Inc., Children’s Hospital, Intercoiffure and the President’s Forum, among others.
