Have you ever struggled with how to best measure and quantify your impact and value?  Do you desire to prove how you are changing lives and changing circumstances for your clients?  If you were able to clearly quantify your outcomes, do you believe you could attract more donors and grant dollars? Could you more effectively manage your operations? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then the new book Impact & Excellenceis for you.

Columbus-based consultant, Sheri Chaney Jones, shares her game-changing original research that proves that social sector organizations that adopt high-performance measurement cultures are significantly more likely to increase revenues, strengthen their relationships with funders, and increase their impact to the world.  The problem is that only 24% of our government and nonprofit organizations have been successful in creating these cultures.

Sheri Chaney Jones

Success is driven by the commitment of the leaders, not by the organization’s size or budget.  Sheri Chaney Jones has seen first-hand, through the work of her clients, the transformational results when leaders adopt high-performance measurement cultures.  In fact, she helped one organization prove to their funders how they save taxpayers $250,000,000.00 annually in Medicaid spending.  She didn’t want to keep the “secret sauce” all to herself; she wrote it all down in Impact & Excellence to help leaders like you change the world.

Impact & Excellence doesn’t just highlight why leaders should embrace a data-driven culture, but it outlines five proven and practical steps to directly increase any organization’s impact and excellence. This book provides the hope and guidance leaders need to fully realize their missions and achieve even greater impacts.

Join the author in celebrating the great work of the social sector organizations highlighted in the book and learn more about Impact & Excellence at the book’s launch party on September 24, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Franklin Park Conservatory.  The event is free! VIP packages containing great book discounts and other goodies are available. Watch a special video message from Sheri and register for the event here:
