Awards Gala Promotes the Economic Potential of Female Entrepreneurs
Columbus, OH (July 10, 2012) - Each year, the NAWBO Columbus Visionary Award honors one Central Ohio woman business owner who has achieved success with her business while making notable contributions to her community, her industry, and to initiatives for other women in business.
The 2012 Visionary Award finalists are some of Columbus’s most distinguished and accomplished women business owners. These four entrepreneurs represent some of our most successful finalists to date, celebrating:
- An average of 14 years in business
- A combined 2011 revenue of $25 million
- Employment of 137 people combined

300 business and community leaders will converge upon the Renaissance Columbus Hotel on Thursday, July 19, 2012 for the Visionary Awards Gala. Emceed by Angela An, morning news anchor at WBNS, the event will feature Thirty-One Gifts founder and president Cindy Monroe as its keynote speaker.
